Procampo TV
From manual coordination to an automated production workflow
Procampo TV is an audiovisual production company that creates content on livestock, agriculture and machinery for satellite television and digital platforms.

The work with Procampo TV began with web development: a site to organise and strengthen their digital presence. It was only once we were inside their operation that we understood where the real bottleneck was, and the project expanded into an internal platform.
Before that platform, managing the material relied on a manual chain of messages and file transfers. With a team made up mainly of freelance contributors and editors spread across different locations, tracking the lifecycle of each video —from delivery of the raw footage through review, corrections and final approval— consumed hours of coordination scattered across multiple channels.
We designed a centralised platform that unifies and automates the workflow with external creators. The system works as an invisible conductor: when an editor uploads a file, the software organises it according to the week’s broadcast schedule, instantly notifies whoever needs to review it and centralises all feedback in one place.
The result is a transparent process that removes repetitive logistics tasks. By automating the handoff of files and communication with the freelance team, the production company reclaimed key time to focus on the quality of its content and expand its multiplatform reach.
